How Do I Buy

It's very simple to use our site, here are a few helpful details:

My Account

To make a purchase you will need to create an account by registering on the new user page.

We collect and store your personal information such as name, address, telephone number and email address, as well as your password for your account details. This allows us to contact you and ship your goods, plus you can login, update your details, buy goods and check your order history.

We do not retain any credit card information.

Your details will only be used by us and will not be shared with any other parties. We comply with the Data Protection Act and will take proper precautions to protect the information that we hold.

Once you have created your account, you can update it whenever you wish, for example, if you change your postal or email address.

Also, once you have created your account, you will only need to log in with your email address and pasword for future purchases.

Delivery

Shopping Basket

As you add items to your basket, you will be able to see the number of items and cost in the running cart at the top right of each page.

If you need to delete, update or review your shopping cart, you can do this by clicking on the View Cart link and following the instructions.

The only changes to your basket total will be for discounts or shipping fees which will be applied at the checkout.

Checkout

Once you are satisfied with the contents of your basket, you will proceed to the checkout area. Here you will see a summary of the order details including a full breakdown of your order along with the shipping costs and any discounts.

At this stage you can still return to the Cart to amend or delete your order.

If you proceed to confirm payment, you will be taken to the secure server to complete the payment details.

Discounts

We will from time to time issue time limited discount vouchers to our registered customers. This will comprise a unique code that you will enter just before you press the checkout button in the shopping cart.

All discount vouchers will be issued via email newsletter.

Payment by Credit / Debit Card

Payment is taken on-line by credit card or debit card through the use of our secure server.

Payment by Cheque/ Bank Transfer/Postal Order

Please email with your order details and payment preference and we will issue an invoice for your attention.
